🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as its before the driver arrival. Upon arrival the payment is non-refundable and cannot be reschedule. If the party cannot be rescheduled and would like to cancel, a refund can be issued with 3% less the amount to cover the processing fee.
🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Canton and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout). We are not delivering to Parks at this time.
👧🏽👦🏽OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
⏰ RENTAL TIMEFRAME: Rental timeframe are from 12PM - 5PM, 1PM - 6PM and Overnight 2PM - 7AM (Overnight timeframe will include an additional fee). All equipment will be delivered prior to the start time. The arrival time will be depended on your place in the route delivery. Pickup may be after your end time.
