🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as its before the driver arrival. Upon arrival the payment is non-refundable and cannot be reschedule. If the party cannot be rescheduled and would like to cancel, a refund can be issued with 3% less the amount to cover the processing fee.

🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Canton and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout). We are not delivering to parks, fields, fraternity or sorority houses at this time.

👧🏽👦🏽OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.

RENTAL TIMEFRAME: Rental timeframe are from 12PM - 5PM, 1PM - 6PM, 2PM - 7PM and Overnight 3PM - 7AM (Overnight timeframe will include an additional fee). All equipment will be delivered prior to the start time. The arrival time will be depended on your place in the route delivery.  Pickup may be after your end time.

🧽 CLEANING:  All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

  • Enough space for us to setup your rental

  • At least 3ft gate clearance. Steep hills are prohibited. If setup is still needed, an additional $100 will be charged to the card on file.

  • Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area

  • Water source within 50 feet of setup area

  • 50ft Water Hose

🙋🏽FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Q: What's next after booking is complete? A: You will receive a confirmation email of your booking details. A few days prior to the event, you will will receive a "Things to Know" text. The day of the event, you will receive a text that we are on route.

  • Q: Do I need a Generator? A: Our inflatables are powered by our extension cord and blower. Both of which are included with the cost of the rental. Generators are only recommended if there is no electric outlet within 50ft from set up area or if you're renting multiple inflatables.

  • Q: When will you drop off/pick up? A: We will arrive between 7:30am - 12pm to drop off. We will pickup between 5pm - 10pm. Overnight option will be picked up at 7am the next day.
