🌧 RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as its before the driver arrival. Upon arrival the payment is non-refundable and cannot be reschedule. If the party cannot be rescheduled and would like to cancel, a refund can be issued with 3% less the amount to cover the processing fee.
🚚 DELIVERY: Professional delivery to Canton, MI, Westland, MI, Ann Arbor, MI, Plymouth, MI, Belleville, MI and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout). We are not delivering to parks, fields, fraternity or sorority houses at this time.
👧🏽👦🏽OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
⏰ RENTAL TIMEFRAME: Rental timeframe are from 12PM - 5PM, 1PM - 6PM, 2PM - 7PM and Overnight 3PM - 7AM (Overnight timeframe will include an additional fee). All equipment will be delivered prior to the start time. The arrival time will be depended on your place in the route delivery. Pickup may be a few hours after your end time. Timeframe can be adjusted upon request. Ensure you select a timeframe within 5 hours, anything greater will fall under overnight pricing.

🙋🏽FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: What's next after booking is complete? A: You will receive a confirmation email of your booking details. A few days prior to the event, you will will receive a "Things to Know" text. The day of the event, you will receive a text that we are on route.
Q: Do I need a Generator? A: Our inflatables are powered by our extension cord and blower. Both of which are included with the cost of the rental. Generators are only recommended if there is no electric outlet within 50ft from set up area or if you're renting multiple inflatables.
Q: When will you drop off/pick up? A: We will arrive between 7:00am to 15 minutes prior to your start time to drop off. We will pickup between 5pm and a few hours after your end time. Overnight option will be picked up around 6am or 7am the next day.
